I went to my son's doctor's office to pick up his record
and was harassed by his secretary. I sent a letter
telling the doctor verbatim what she said. He did nothing.
So I telephoned him and he wouldn't let me speak. He used
the worst profanity, insulted me and threatened my son.
This was in Feb or Mar 2004. He lives in another state
than I, but my son lives in his state also. Is it too late
to go to the police? and can I press charges from out-of-
state or does my son have to press charges from within his
state? thanks for any help
