I was wondering what the time limit is for filing a
judgement against someone. I was renting out my house to
a couple and they did not pay rent for a while and when I
went to have them served eviction papers they had already
left the residents. I am now trying to have them served
for the money that is owed to me. Also do I need to know
where they are living as of now?
