Check with the agency that arrested you or the court that processed the charges. It will be in their files even if the services you used cannot find it. The problem with answering "no" on job applications when they ask about arrests or convictions is that you can't know what type of check they will do on you. If they use a commercial service commonly used by the public, they will likely come up with the same information you did. However, if they check with police agencies that were responsible for the city/county that you lived in and/or were arrested in, they will find it even if the commercial service you used did not locate the arrest.
