    Give the money back to the bank. Report the buyer to Ebay
    or whoever--as if that will do you any good. Hire a lawyer
    in Chicago to sue the guy--as if that will do you any good.
    Report it to the police--as if that will do you any good
    either. You've been scammed. Happens all the time.
