Hi! My friend was caught in october stealing in Lord and
Taylor in PA...SHE went to court and the judge told her to
do this program. Say if she does the program, will the
charge still be on her record? even if it is a
misdemeanor. She is really worried about getting a job and
whatnot. Or do they jus dismiss the whole thing? Thanks a
lot for your help.
