question should be posted either under the Family Law or
Legal Questions boards.

Your friend needs to see an attorney, ASAP! An attorney well
versed in PA family law can answer her questions. Any other
answers would be sheer speculation as divorce can be a fairly
complex process and laws vary state by state.
