There have been no charges filed and thats what i am trying to find
out is how long do they have to file the attorney i met with did
not really answer this question he just said that i should pay
the civil demand to avoid a civil filing and to worry about a
criminal case when i received notice or was arrested.
SOoo i am still trying to find out do corporations have the right
to hold this for an unknown length of time or do they have a
certain time frame to file a criminal case everything ive read
seems to say it depends on the county you are in

and why would they send a civil demand for such a small amount and
not filee to get all of it back
