My friend was in Utah snowboarding. The whole week he was
using a open pass. One day his friends who worked at the
resort said that their open pass was gone and not to worry
about it and they all went boarding. My friend was site
with a misdmeanor B- theft of services. Does anyone have
any information in regards to the fines a judge can give
for a Mis B in Utah? Should he plead not guilty and give an
explanation or should he plead no contest a open himself to
a fine. I haven't been able to receive any information on
the standard pentaly for these charges. Any suggestions?
