    Not sure exactly what you mean here...

    If you received a traffic citation, failed to pay or answer,
    most likely a bench warrant has been issued and your license
    may have been suspended. If that's the case, there is no SOL
    on this; it's valid until you remedy the situation.

    If you received a citation, paid the fines and incurred
    points on your license, the amount of time it remains on your
    record varies but is usually no more than 3 years.
