Re: Harrassing phone calls - what can be done?

    I have been receiving calls from the 713-271-3899 number for
    about one month now. It is very frustrating to me because I
    work night shift and the number shows up 3 times a day
    sometimes. I also receive calls on Sunday and pretty late at
    night sometimes around 10pm. I have no idea what to do. When
    I answer there is always just a click on the other end and then
    the operator saying "if you would like to..." I am at my wits
    end with this if you have any advice it would be greatly
    appreciated.
