Called my cell phone company who had the capability to disengage
solicitations from my phone. They also have phone block
services if I want to pay extra. However, I explained that this
solicitor is slick and alias' with a specific name and address:
Miguel Torres, 6120 BellAire Blvd, Houston, TX 77081-4900
ph:713/271-3899 (which by the way seems to be linked to a
company listed in several other posts here 877/290-8899 then
800/741-5900).

My cell phone company then suggested that I list myself at the:
Federal DO NOT CALL List 888/382-1222. I am doing that, for
sure.

Tired of Miguel harrassing me at my number too, at least 3x
daily.
