Re: Harrassing phone calls - what can be done?
Posted by Stephanie on 3/26/07

We've probably been receiving these phone calls for a couple
of months with the exact same scenario pick up, no answer,
call em back busy signal and I even submitted it to the do not
call registry to no avail. Well today I told my husband to try
and call em again cuz it was 2 phone calls just this morning.
He got a busy signal so I said give me the phone. I called
again and got through to an automated system that said please
hold for the next agent. I gave the phone to him and he got
through and they asked for his card number or account
information like it was a credit card company we asked them to
remove us from their call list so hopefully we won't get
anymore calls. I'll keep your posted.
