I just spoke with a representative of the Attorney General in
Minnesota (which is were I live). She informed me that collection
Agencies have the right to contact the last known address for a
person aswell as neighbors. Her recommendation to me was to send
the Agency a letter by certified mail to request that they stop
calling me. If that doesn't work then I need to call the Attorney
General back. The address for GC Services I found is as follows:
    GC Services
    6330 Gulfton
    Huston TX 77081
I hope this will resolve these harrassing phone calls.
