Re: Harrassing phone calls - what can be done?
Posted by Lisa on 6/21/07

well this is very funny to see all these postes because i work for
that company and i call you people for my job. lots of people dont
know how to handle the call to stop calls and legally thats why we
have to call back. if you want someone to stop calling answer the
agents qustions, like "is billy bob there?" No he doesnt live here, or
i dont know them. "ok i need to verify the # i dailed is 111-222-
3333" yes thats right. "is this a new # for you?" yes i just got it,
or no ive had it 5 years. "ok i'll remove the # off our dailer, i just
need a first name or initail to verify my call" ok, my name is JD.

if you yell in the phone, WRONG# and hang up, we have to call back
because we didnt verify anything. or if you just hang up then of
course we call back because its a diconnected call. and no we dont
leave messages we speak directly to people not machines.

and if you want to call us to "harrass us". PLEASE do, we get paid to
do our job, you dont get paid to call us, and trust me, we like a good
laugh now and then. so feel free to call!

ps. there is 7 different departmnts that are not directly connected in
the states and all of them have your #s and each departmnt has to
separatly remove your #. good luck!!
