Please explain what you mean by SOL? Do you mean how long
can the DA's office take to file the charges, or have
charges been filed, you failed to show and now a warrant has
been issued?

If it's the latter of the two, remember that warrants do not
expire. They are enforceable until you're arrested or until
you die.
