If you were on probation at the time of the second offense
and you don't have an attorney, you're most likely going to
jail for 30-90 days, will pay a hefty fine, and have to
serve additional probation time when you get out.

Maybe the jail time will give you the time you need to think
about your habit and how to curb the urge before it happens
again.
