federal probation why is "due process " given to the old
federal parole violations yet , I can't find case law or
law that compel's due process in the newer federal
probation violations? NOW IN DEALING WITH FEDERAL-
PROBATION-VIOLATIONS , FROM intial hearing to final
hearing I find no time limits which would translate to due
process of law! Federal rules say it should be held in a
reasonable amount of time? Yet I can not find where a
reasonable amount of time has been defined? help??? Parole
defined a time limit. Probation merely a change in name
from Parole? OPEN FOR INPUT AND DEBATE!
