In dec. 2001 I was a passager in a car we got pulled over
in Kansas while i was movining across the country. I
talked the office in only giving me a ticket and letting
us go on our way. I contacted the ADA of the town and we
(he)said I could pay a fine if I plea guilty. so I agreed.
but I never got around to paying it and never signed the
papers and sending it all back. I was going to do it now.
I dont have any of the info anymore if I would contact the
state am I going to tossed in jail. If I didnt pay it why
didnt they ever get back to me when I got to where I was
going I was their for a few years where they got in touch
with me before. any ideas and is their any way to find out
if they want me without popping up on their screen? thanks
for any help you can give
