i got charged with a MIP in the state of washington.
There were some sketchy things that the officers did
though. They asked if i wanted to take a PTB, but when i
asked to clarify what that was he did not respond, just
asked me again if i wanted to take it. He also said that
the only sign he found in all of us was red blood shot
eyes. mine were red from being upset and wattery, plus
red bloodshot eyes are not even an indicator of alcohol
consumption. Is it neccesary for police officers to
clarify? as well as tell you what signs they see in you?
