Post: Rules and Regulations for Prosecution

Does anyone know where I might find this information based
on the state of Virginia? We have a situation where
prosecution may have violated Brady law. Defendent was
placed in double jeapordy and due process was violated.
Prosecution was also very emotionally involved - new
evidence suggest a direct relationship between prosecution
and state witnesses. Lookig for more details.
