Post: statutory rape

My daughter was 15 and started dating a boy who hadnt yet
turned 18 6 months into this relationship she wound up
pregnant they now have a daughter. I want to know if this
is statutory rape. If so is there a statute of
limitations on this crime, he is now almost 21 and she
almost 18, this boy is nothing but trouble and incredibly
destructive.
