Post: Neighbor Harrassment

I have two neighbors (best friends with each other) who
continually harass me and my family by calling the police
for no (legal) reason or the county offices so zoning etc
will come out. they also continue to threaten verbally
about cuting my fence and letting my livestock out.
(property line fence) They have killed two of my dogs for
going on their property instead of calling the pound or
me. My question is: What documentation and proof do I need
that will stand up in court? How would I get legal action
started?
