Post: shoplifting at macys in CA

hey everyone. i was accused of switching pricetags and it
added up to 159 dollars. i wasnt prosecuted and the police
was not involved. im only 17 and they made me sign
something that said maybe they wouldnt prosecute me...im
not sure. but im just waiting for my civil letter. would i
still have to go to court? how much would be the civil
letter be for? im so scared. i dont have the money for it!!
