Well I could give you all the information u would need but it
doesn't sound like we have all the information. Were a parent
or guardian called or in California are u not a minor if you
are 17? If your a minor and no parent was called they didn't
do there job right. And the letter you signed is an admission
card saying you did the crime and more than likely a release
form saying you are being released at this time and if we so
choice we can charge you with the crime of ticket switching at
a later date no more than I think 45 days. Statue of
limitation thing. always different in each state. And yes you
should get a civil demand letter in the mail that will have
the fine amount on it and direction on what forms of payment u
can do. Also as long as they have not contacted the DA's
office I am sure they will not prosecute you. And since the
local law enforcement wasn't called there is no criminal
record other than what Macy's west has. Any question let me
know if I can assist you.
