Post: Statue of limitations for bad checks in ga

I have about 10 bad checks outstanding. some were on my
business acct. They are small checks none over 100.00 most
under 20.00 each. They are at about 4 different locations.
I have made a mistake out of desperation (I neded to feed
my kids) I do intend to pay but with all the fees its more
than I can come up with at the time. Some I have made
small pmts on like 10.00 I have receipts for that. What is
the statue of limitations for them to take out a warrant
for these checks? its has been over 90 days in some of
the checks.
