my son is 16 years old and he was accused and chared with
breaking and entering and burlary of a habitat well he
was arrested and spent 1 month in juvenile and is now
awating court the arresting officer has been to my house
twice without a warrent to check for any of the items and
they have cheked all pawn shops i,ve cooperated with the
authorities under this whole ordeal and their is nothing
to back up the story od my sister in law's accusation she
claims he took 5000.00 dollars cash a rolex watch ten
thousand dollars worth of jewlry 2 home computers a plasma
tv. and other things, the report was made by her and her
house keeper it seems that after my brother got arrested
she started dating other men and my son confronted her of
this and threatend to tell my brother that same day she
kicked him out with no clothes or any personal belongings
and made the police report my son was fired from his job
after he was arrested for this charge and was kicked out
of school and placed in an alternative school plus she
went to the juvenile and made a report with the victims
unit also made a report with the school district, to top
it all of this is a woman who lives in a two hundred and
fifty dollar manshion and is on goverment assistance....
