my husband was charged with stealing a lawnmower when he
was 17 now he is 42. but he did not commit the crime his
friend did and gave his name to the police. In the past we
have made sure the this case was closed but this week he
was let go from employment due to this case not being
expunged. He has then lost his job. They will not let him
come back till his record is expunged. Should they be
holding this against him? need to know what he can do.
