My mother has warrents for FTA and non payment of fines
while unemployed. Some misdemeanor and some felony. We are
pretty sure that Washington will extradite from OR and ID,
but what about Montana, Nevada or California? I can't find
any answers... Some one help please. I live in WA and my
mom lives in AZ, she wants to be closer to me and my
kids...
