Please advise. My husband and I have been married 25 years
USAF Retired. My husband had an affair. The female got
pregnant; told my husband the child could be his or someone
else. Once the child was born my husband thought the child
look like our three children whom are adults also we have
grandchildren from our kids. 4 years later paternity test
prove the affair with the other women the child is not my
husband. Meanwhile I have been harrass by the other
women; also when and where ever we moved she moved from
state to state following us. My husband now have to travel
to the state (San Antonio, TX) where she finally moved back
to and seek in-state paternity to have his name remove from
birth certificate. Also she continues to ask my husband
for support due to other guy she had sex with denies
paternity. Help Please advise. Can I sue her for
harassing and lying about my husband being babies father
and so much stress on us.
