I was arrested in Feb 2008 for dui in the State of
Washington. They decided to drop the charges without
prejudice at that time. I since moved clear accross the
country to Georgia and have learned that now they have
decided to charge me with felony dui. I need some advice
as the best way to handle this. I am married with kids and
working fulltime supporting my family. The felony charge
is from a new washington state law of so many in a life
time and they say I have met that number. I have now thank
god stopped drinking and have got a handle on my
addiction. I do want to do the right thing and just need
to hear the best way to take care of it. Thank you
