Post: hippa violation accusation

I am a charge nurse in a busy ER and we have corpsman that
work with us. This one corpsman has a lot of mental issues
and has been taken care of several times in our ER. On one
occasion, the one in question. She stated that I said"pump
up the meds in there she's being a bitch" which is totally
out of character for me and she was not recieving any meds
at that time because she had overdosed and was
hallucinating so I say what med? That same night she also
said that she did not want me to take care of her... this
was not relayed to me at any time because I would have
gladly given her care to another nurse.On another note one
day she was standing behind me while I was enetering
orders in the computer and she asked me to look at her med
profile to see if the doctor had refilled her medication,
at that point he had not so the corpsman got the ER doctor
to put the script in for her, she used this against me as
said that I accessed her medical records without her
knowledge or consent, but if thet will just look at the
entry time and the time that the ER doctor put in her med
refill this will prove my story.I have been accused of
violation of hippa can you help?
