The Cal. Bar Website will post results for all students taking
the required standardized exams with the appropriate results.
Personally, I would not allow the statistics to guide my
philosophy when choosing any particular law school/study
program. I would chose a law study program that fits your
personal needs while accomplishing your goals.

I remember when I took the FYSLX, I spoke with many students
from all of the distance learning schools in CA. I couldn't
believe how many had taken the exams on multiple attempts (2nd
& 3rd). They were still struggling with the rudimentary legal
concepts. I found it both ridiculous and amazing that these
individuals would prepare for the FYLSX exam for 2 or 3
attempts when it would only take one solid/sound attempt to
    suffice.

Many students I spoke with vowed to "change" schools if "they"
failed again, as if that actually mattered. The bottom line is
that you reap what you sow. If the law study is not your
number one priority, then quit. Its not too late to become a
ditch digger or dishwasher. This message is for all distance
learning law school students - "Study like you're at Harvard &
you only have one chance to get it right!" Otherwise, quit
while your ahead & stop complaining. Nothing irks me more on
this website than losers who try to attempt to become law
students or lawyers without putting in the required effort.
They try invain to figure out all of the "angles" to getting
around established standards. Remember, distance learning law
is still law study. There is no short cut to becoming an
attorney. Study hard, work hard & succeed!
