    Your best bet is to file a suit against West Coast, consult a layer first. If you
    lost 8 months and were not able to complete your studies because WCSL was shut down,
    sue Dean Stallings in small claims and get your money back. You should consult an
    attorney with respect to your legal rights. Best of Luck.
