My thoughts exactly. Just didn't feel the need to state the
obvious. My question was, "What were the reasons for saying
that?" The response was, "Look at their marketing." All that
tells me is the person saw their marketing. It doesn't say
anything about the programs, the school, pass rates on the bar,
quality of teaching, interactivity, or anything else.
I suppose if we want to think like lawyers, my response would
be, "Non-responsive response."
Plus - he/she doesn't know how to spell the word "school."
