Re: CA Baby Bar Multiple Choice Questions

I used the following to pass the baby bar: Flemings' Volume I multistate book (red book) Finz Multistate Method Between these two books, they pretty much test every single nuance on the MBE portion. I got 80 out of 100 right on the baby bar by just using those. I also bought PMBR's blue and red books, as well as Bar Passers Volume I MBEs, and even did the green books with the real MBEs released from the CBE. They are overkill. Just memorize the nuances and know why you got each question right or wrong in each of the two books I listed above. Flemings is a good review, especially if you can do it in person. If not, get his Exam Solutions CDs and outlines. If you memorize and apply his outlines for each subject, you can pass the baby bar on your first attempt. There is nothing baby about the baby bar, but you can pass it if you are prepared. The key, I believe, is doing well on the MBE. I did bad on the essays (75% and 60% on torts essays, a 75% percent on contracts, and a horrible 55% on crimes). You need a good MBE score, as it is rare to get a 90% on an essay, but it has been done. You never know. Never tried adaptibar, but lots of people online have tried to get me to sign up because they get some sort of referral bonus if they sign people up. I dunno. Seems like a scam to me. :) On 8/27/08, Jo Ann Freenab wrote: > On 8/20/08, WTFE wrote: >> I used PMBR.
