Semantics...

you, as an ABA lawyer, can do no more for a disability claimant than I can.

So your status as an ABA lawyer is nothing more than.. well... status.

Lawyers "represent" clients.

Sure, anyone can help a claimant with SSA until they screw up the case and get disbarred.

You can gold plate a turd but its still a turd - and the ABA is nothing more than gold plating.

The fact is, I dont NEED the ABA !

Lots of stupid people graduate from ABA law schools and become attorneys.....
