See, if you were an attorney you would know what
an attorney can do.

There is an appeal process on a point of law which
can only be settled in an appellate court, which
can ONLY be brought by an attorney at law.

You can not challenge an Adminstrative ruling in
a court of law and I am most absolutely sure you
dont even know how to bring an appellate case.
