    LD,

    Since you've now developed a number of relationships with employees of the DC Bar, have you
    ever thought to ask them a simple question. It might actually be quite interesting. If I
    were you, I'd be dying to know the answer. And really, really find out before I enrolled at
    Novus "University." Don't you think it would be a good idea to ask the following?

    Namely: Have you, ever in the history of the DC Bar, certified a student with a distance-
    learning, non-ABA JD and an online LLM to sit for your bax exam. Look, I'm not 100% sure you
    are wrong, but why wouldn't you just do this one thing? Wouldn't it help you to sleep better
    at night? Before you spend all the time and money purusing a route that perhaps has never
    ever ever produced the result you are seeking?
