    Post: Due Process

Posted by Rev R. F. Peterson on 3/17/03

It was discovered and admitted by DFS,that A certain
father's rights had been violated by the state's due process
An application for adoption was filed on his child and she
    is NOT AVAILABLE for adoption.
The parental rights have to be terminated, making the child
AVAILABLE for adoption, before the adoption petition is
filed, giving ample time for an appeal to the termination
    proceedings.
This is not being done in Lawrence county, Missouri.
The termination and adoption proceedings petition are filed
as one petition, and are both held in the same
    proceedings.
The child of Patricia Deckard was adopted approximately 5
minutes after the termination was ajudged and decreed.
The TPR/adoption petition was filed on Agust 2, 2002, and
Partental rights were not terminated until February 26,
2003, the same day on which the child was adopted, at the
    same hearing.
    This is justice ABORTED....NOT miscarried.
