Son, age 15 was charged of a sex offence against his 9 yr
old sister. We asked if we should have an attorney when the
police questioned our son. We where told being a juvenile
his records would be sealed at age 18. The lawyer now in
his behalf said this would stay on his record for 10 years
after Probation. If we would have known this we would have
had a lawyer present of police questioning. Because of
being misinformed we feel his confession was Illegally
given. The maranda rights where read to him before
confession.
