    Dear Steven,

Read your message. My immediate thought is that perhaps
you should file a suit for against the U.S. Government for
violation of your Civil Rights. Then at least they would
come into court and respond that they had the right to do
what they were doing by such and such a statute. You would
at least be able to read the statute and would know why they
were doing what they are doing and by what provision of law
they had a right to do if. Most Federal courts put out forms
for filinig Civil Rights lawsuits. All you have to do is fill
in the blanks. If you can't find one in your hometown, call
me, and I will send you one. Best of luck!

    Sincerely,

    Hardy Parkerson, Atty.
