I was terminated from employment today. My boss made
sexual advances toward me on 2 different occasions while
employeed. I never told anyone other than my wife, I felt
humiliated to discuss the situation further, I went from
going to lunch and being buddy-buddy with my boss to after
I refused his advances, isolated and not included in daily
activities and eventually terminated. I know I should
have consulted with someone, but I felt very embarrassed.
Its his word against mine, and I was the one terminated.
Can I fight this. Help.
