I have been on the chat line for months searching for legal
help. I have been denied every possible right a person has.
My case involves a County Clerk that wrote up a criminal
bond on a civil case that has a $40,000 lien on my house,
the case is over but I cannot get the bond released. The
attorney that was hired for the defendant stopped coming to
court midway of the case forcing the defendant to fend for
himself, and now we find out that the plantiff had an open
bankriptcy and no legal standing to even sue the defendant
and the show cause was dropped which created my bond, but
because my bond was done wrong it just sits there. Is
there any one out there that can help me, I live in Virgina
