    Post: unclean hands

Posted by jeff cottrell on 7/29/03

I sue U.S gov and other parties in 1990. I lose and
transfer case against others to state court. I lose again
in 1994 because government won't allow employee to
    testify.

In 1998, foia request provided by new director reveals
unclean hands by government, perjury, discovery
violations, foia violations, etc.. dating back to 1990.

I sue in 2003 against other parties in state court.
Continue to find new information concealed by gov. judge
rules documents before 1994 are res judicata and after
that date, we proceed to trial.

My questions is: isn't the government now liable among
many things my damages caused by others that had I had the
documents in 1990, I would of clearly prevailed but the
concealment etc.. robbed me of due process in federal and
    state courts respectfully?
