CONCERING MY MOTION BELOW, WHAT ELSE CAN I DO TO GET
RELIEF, AND WHAT KIND OF RELIEF IS POSSIBLE AS I HAVE
ALREADY SERVED THE PRISON SENTENCE BASED ON INCORRECT
SCORE.
OTHER FACTORS INCLUDE MY PUBLIC DEFENDER WAS TOTALLY
INCOMPETANT AND NEVER EVEN FILED MY APPEAL WAY BACK THEN,
AS I REQUESTED HIM TO DO.
aLSO, IS THERE ANY RELIEF TO BE AFFORDED CONSIDERING ALL
THIS HAPPENED TO ME WHEN I NEEDED A MENTAL EXAM DUE TO A
LIFETIME OF SCHITZOPHRENIA BEFORE MY PLEA WAS ACCEPTED? I
WAS IN NO MENTAL STATE TO MAKE ANY PLEA.

MOTION TO HAVE MY SENTENCING GUIDELINES SCORESHEET
CORRECTED..

COMES NOW the defendant Kimberle Warley, aka Meaks,
Hubbell, and states:

1. My sentencing guidelines scoresheet was calculated
incorrectly years ago when I was sentenced and my Public
Defender was incompetent.
a. The points assigned to each count under each heading
are wrong according to the statutes.
b. The number of counts of misdemeaners is stated wrong.
2. I just became aware of this after someone showed me a
copy of the sentencing guidelines which I had never seen
before, and explained them to me in a way I was now able to
understand.
3. I was unable to fathom the importance of the correctness
of this sheet at the time of sentencing due to mental
illness and my public defenders incompetence.
4. Upon the Courts reciept of my pre-sentencing
investigation report, when I was first sentenced years ago,
even though it was stated therein about my mental illness,
no mental evaluation was done or offerred me, prior to
eliciting my plea.
5. I was sent to prison wrongly, and sentenced wrongly due
to these errors.
6. A copy of this sheet is included, attatched hereto and
labled "Exhibit A".
7. I have noted the errors and correct numbers in pen for
your review.

WHEREFORE, I respectfully request the court to:
1. Have my scoresheet corrected and made a part of my
official record in the corrected form.
