i signed up for a employee computer purchase plan for 12
months it has been 9 months and I have resigned and gone
to work at another company. My last pay check was short
$654. For the balance of this program. My question is
according to Texas Law how much can be garnished? When I
contacted Dell today they say they would be more then
happy to refund it and set up payments. This was
orignally a payment that was automatically witheld weekly
from my paycheck. Can anyone give me some info please.
