Post: SORRY GUYS! I'LL TRY TO DO MY PART.

Posted by Hardy Parkerson, Atty. on 10/19/03

    Dear Counsel.Net Friends,

I notice that about fifteen of the most recently posted
Due Process postings have not been responded to by
anybody, much less an expert in DUE PROCESS. My thinking
is that people post on Counsel.Net because they want to be
replied to, responded to. No fun posting if you just get
ignored. So I'll do my part, but starting tomorrow,
October 20, 2003, and even then tomorrow evening. Now I'm
no expert on DUE PROCESS, Who is except a Law Professor,
and they don't seem to monitor Counsel.Net. I am a former
law professor, however, and I may very well be one again
soon; so, until some other law professor jumps in, you'll
have to do with me. Nevertheless, I think the postings
concerning DUE PROCESS on Counsel.Net need to be answered,
responded to. So look for me to be the one to do it, at
least until some more knowledgeable "expert" than I jumps
in and does his/her part. What about it, Bryan Konoski?
    You're a DUE PROCESS expert from N.Y., N.Y. Let's hear
from you! Or you, Ann Aita, DUE PROCESS expert from
    Annapolis! Let's hear from you!

    Sincerely,

    Hardy Parkerson, Atty.
