I was arrested back in Feb. of 2003 on a statement that
was filed in Jan. of 2003. concerning a bad check that the
company said I never paid. Since that time I brought to
the courts the receipt that the check was indeed back in
Dec. 2002 prior to the filing to have me arrested. The
courts are refusing the evidence (the receipt directly
from the company). I am still to date going to court over.
What do I do now. This is a great injustice to me.
