Yes - you can challenge it, in an evidence suppression
hearing. You didn't give enough facts for us to determine if
you have a good chance of winning. Did they arrest you for
something else? Was there weed in plain sight? Describe the
facts leading up to the search and we can tell you if you have
a shot at a 4th amendment violation argument.
