I was revoked on my first and only techical violation
while on probation for my first and only felony. Under
section 217.875 ( Mo. ) it states that any first time
offender who has pled guilty ov violating provisions of
Chapter 195, RSMo, or whose controlled substance abuse was
a precipitating factor in the commission of said offense
may be required to participate in the non-institutional
phase of the program without the necessity of formal revo-
cation of probation. my crime was dwi involuntary
vehicular manslaughter, my tech violation was cocaine
